Fillet your kings out and spit them down the middle trimming out what bone and belly meat is left. Starting at the small end cut meat into chicken nugget sized pieces and slice out of skin. Marinade nuggets in Texas Pete hot sauce for 2 to 3 hours. Put seafood breader of choice(house of autry)in a gallon zip lock bag. Take nuggets straight from marinade into bag and shake. Deep fry until golden brown or they start to float. (CAUTION) Prepare more than you intend for your meal; taste resting will deplenish your pile. The Texas Pete does not make them hot gives it a uniqe flavor. Enjoy !!
