| what is the best rig for mullet in the surf. i normaly use shrimp and a fish bite on a drop rig. but have yet to use life mullet in the surf. |

| I would put a 1/2 oz to 1 oz weight above a barrel swivel with a 2-3 feet 25lb leader and a 3/0-4/0 Kahle hook |
