Bob Bordyn passed away Sunday evening. It was totally unexpected.
I've lost a good fishing buddy, and we have lost the grand organizer of the now annual offshore fishing trip. |

| That is horrible news. I never met the man but he seemed like a real great genuine, standup guy. RIP bobber. |

Yes, Mad Dog (Charles) PM'd me about this earlier and I was shocked to hear it but didn't want to post anything until those who knew him better had broken the news, and very sad news it is indeed. I enjoyed fishing with him on the last two OS trips and he treated me to lunch on my last trip down.
A very fine gent and I for one will surely miss his company down there and his posts. All my best and prayers to his family. _________________ Dave

He seemed like an outstanding man, my prayers go out to his his friends and family.
I'll certainly miss his posts and fishing reports on here. He struck me as a guy who loved to fish, and who loved life.
God Bless his soul, and tight lines. _________________ I'd rather be fishing |

I was so sad to hear the news this morning from Rabbit. Bob was one of a kind. An annoying ( Michigan deal probably and I mean that in a good way), yet fun stand up guy and I will miss him dearly.
Here he is having fun on our last Corpusfishing.com Offshore Trip. R.I.P. Bobber you did good my friend and will be missed.
