|
|
I just remembered this after looking at a fishing post recently. During the duck season, we wanted to hunt night hawk bay. We were scouting around and found the spoil islands on the ICW side of the bay to have a bunch of yellow signs that say they are a bird nesting area or something. Of course we concluded that we couldn't hunt those islands so we moved on. Well later a friend of mine contacted a well known outdoor writer who told him those islands are not off limits, in fact. That those signs are put there by someone with a special interest in not disrupting the birds, not by the authorities. Does anyone have any information about this? _________________ Do you even fish, Bro? |
