Ever since I picked up a bow to hunt with, I have wanted to take a coyote with it. They target our turkey polts every spring, and that ticks me off. I finished tractor work this afternoon and climbed my favorite tree to wait for a hog, but this guy showed up right before dark. He's not the biggest, but he was a 7-year archery goal for me. Yeeha!

A bobcat is the last Texas critter on my wish list. I let a good one pass last year because I was in a box blind and it just seemed too easy. At 10 yards I drew and had him in the sights, but there was no challenge in it. If I arrow one it should be from a tree or the ground where it's usually too difficult to accomplish. I'm just weird like that |
