The owner, Kyle, said he is charging $3 for the boat ramp launch. On days when Fin and Feather is weeded up, it provides a good alternative to the madness that sometimes inflicts Conn Brown.

Hey guys....I went out to the coast this past weekend and drove by here on Sunday and got to meet Kyle. Real nice guy....
He mentioned all the plans for the place and they sounded great....!!! I can't wait.
It is looking great already.....he's got the water pumping to the bait wells.....
I will be going by there soon for sure.......

Texas Kayak Fisherman had some before and after pics of the new marina setup at what used to be Crabman's and they looked pretty impressive. New boat docks at the ramp site, new look to the building, etc. Should be a pretty nice area for hanging out, launching, etc. Lots of live bait as well.
