Anyone have a roofer they would recommend? Or one they would definately not?

TD......I used Dan Blohm Roofing he did a very good job and was reasonable. Be sure whoever you choose is approved by your homeowners insurance.

The roofs (house and shop) were both covered by my Windstorm Insurance, so as long as the roofer is reputable and familiar with the TWIA process, I am open to suggestions.

Used 5 star last year and was delighted with the service, cleanup, work, and insurance cooperation.

Be sure and have a contract,simple;
when start
how much up front (if any)
secifics of job (area)
when to be complete (weather permitting
final inspection by you for final payment in full
insurance certificate
