Has anyone seen any significant signs of the Jacks being around at PINS? This exact time last year we caught 8 or 9 in 2 hours. Is it the red tide or has the water temp not gotten low enough. Thanks!

After throwing out a line today I was walking back to my rod holder and there was about a 20# jack in ankle deep water just cruising along. Wish I had a rod rigged with a spoon.

Are they not out yet due to the red tide or is it because the water is not cold enough yet?
