| Not exactly fishing directly, but I know you guys would have the answer. I need to make some 50 lb lead blocks, i have a mold, and have some lead (need to get more), but unsure how to go about melting it. I have been to a cast iron pot over a burner outside will do the trick and then I can pour it into my molds?? |

A fish cooker burner works great. DON'T stand downwind of the fumes or do the melting in an area where you can't get away from the same. If that ain't possible, wear a good respirator! _________________ Dave
