| I just spoke to the people at Rec Services at NAS and the boat ramp is in progress. The Dam was built around the area and the ramp is in progress - the lady said they had had some problems and the original date of the end of November has been pushed back until sometime in December. It's coming though. |

MWR has the MWR Guest Card Program that costs $20.00 per year; $10.00 for children 16 years of age and under and is valid for one year from the date of issuance. This program entitles MWR Guest Card holders to use the Corpus Christi Bay Club, Gulf Winds Golf Course, Outdoor Recreation and Rentals/Marina and Shields Park/Paradise Cove RV Park Facilities. All you have to do is check in at the front gate for background check and you're in. _________________ "Our houses are protected by the good Lord and a gun And you might meet'em both if you show up here not welcome son" -Josh Thompson |
