Capt. Billy L. Sandifer

You guys are responsible for me winning the "Popular Choice" number one spot at ICAST in Las Vegas in July in the contest put on by Sport Fishing Magazine. I didn't do anything; your kindness did and I genuinely thank you from the bottom of my heart for thinking that much of me to take the time to repeatedly vote and win that award. The reason I have been holding off on telling you is because they hadn't sent me the awards promised but the watch finally arrived today so I want to say thank you. Awards don''t mean much to me but y'all thinking that much of me means more to me than you can possibly imagine. I'm dropping some of my services offered as my health isn't what it once was. Skipjack is updating my website at www.billysandifer.com and if you will give him enough time to do it you might want to check it out. Especially any potential customers. There was a lot going on this weekend on the beach but with these high temperatures it's going to slow down till we get the first REAL norther. Then it will be the best fishing of the year. Never had the honor of meeting you but your influence goes a long way and hits every angler eventually...The award couldn't have gone to a better person...Congrats and thanks for all you do!

Congrats Capt. Billy. I have only been down the beach with you a couple of times but I learned more and laughed more on both of those trips than should be allowed. Your attitude and humility are exactly why you do deserve awards like this. I hope to fish with you again at some point and maybe see a brown noddy gracing our skys as we drive along the beach after a great day on the sand. Congrats again!

Every one of you should get a buddy and hire him to take you fishing.
Even if the catching is not great, you will get a nature lesson from a legend.
