Do you know if there is one now down there? Normally they aren't the whole length of the beach except for last time. Smile Normally they don't last more than a couple of weeks except last time. Smile

But it's beneficial to the fishery as a whole... a necessary "evil".

I may be wrong, but I recall that some big sharks have been caught during these upwellings. Plan your trip and go. You can't let a little cool water ruin a trip down to Mansfield. Now a hurricane......that's a different story.
