I took the yak and couldn't keep it under control,
waded for a bit, and got one rat red, but the water on the backside of the island had good clarity.

But the game will keep me away.

I'm visiting my family in New Orleans, and pops and I got up to go hit the Rigolets, and go chase some reds and flounder...the wind was so awful that there were whitecaps...IN THE MARSH. We looked over and saw it going over the bridge (it's a very high bridge), and when we crossed, made a u turn, and went to the coffee shop to get a coffee, cinnamon roll, and to flirt with the coffee girl.

Tomorrow's supposed to be good...I'm headed down Hwy 23 (towards Venice) to fish from a kayak tomorrow. Will post some pics when I'm done.
