| I called Skipjack on his way out of town and he said the fishing was good at Packery this morning dunking a live shrimp along the rocks on his kayak. He had about 20 14" Sheepshead and an undersized grouper. Remember the Sheepies have to be 15" and the grouper have to be 22" so he had lots of catching an no keeping. |

Took a ride out there after going to Roy's. saw a couple sheepies caught and there were tarpon rolling at the end. A couple guys were fishing for them with flies but unsuccessful. Weed still thick.
Haven't been to the surf in about 3 weeks so I took a ride SBH by the sticks. What's with the posts where the PINS sign is?
Came back a mile or so and the driving was horrendous. Vehicles getting stuck. |

Haha, good quick report from Skipjack. Makes me think of two things.
1) Fun to be had with a gaggle of sheeps + and a little too small grouper is what whets the whistle.
2) Certainly there are fish in the box sleeping peacefully on ice as he drove away.
Just guessing but I like this report.

| Earlier in the Week there were fishermen catching redfish, drum, sheepys, and mangrove snapper on live shrimp. There was also a few jacks caught. I only had luck with ladyfish. |
