| after spending a cold winter at home, the weather finally co-operated for us to get out for the day. we made it to corpus about 10 am and went to bob hall. the water was beautiful and clear hardly any wind. we fished til about 5. we caught some whiting hubby caught about a 50 pound sting ray and saw many others doing the same. saw whiting, pompano, one spanish mackeral, several sharks usually the bonnet head ones. cannot wait to come back again. it was more about getting out and enjoying the nice weather than fishing. will be back in your beautiful city soon. would like to come twice a week but with the gas prices may have to cut it down. just rebuilt our home from hurricane ike so moving is out for a bit. trying to figure a way to rent for 6 months a yr and still be close to kids lol. |

Thank you! I like your attitude. Reminds me of mine "It's all about the fellowship, not how much you catch or shoot. It's just about getting out and enjoying the outdoors with friends" |

Congrats!!!
How were the pier conditions, as in trash, upkeep, rules being enforced, etc?
Thanks. _________________ Dave
