do any of you know where they are biting now? i am gonna be fishing from aransas pass to bob hall for the next 6 weeks. i will put reports out for you as i fish. we usually fish 4 or 5 days a week, weather permitting. any help to start out would be great. we will also be surf fishing some, so i will let yall know how things are going.

I was down at N packery yesterday and a few were coming up but not very many. The water was very churned up, the surf was heavy and the tide was coming in. I am sure if we would have moved around more we couuld have found more, maybe should hve tried closer to the ramp. Lots of small flounder coming up too. We were using live shrimp, and peeled dead shrimp.

do you fish packery a lot. every time i have been out there the weather has been bad. of course i am only there for a few months each year. we try to go at different times each year.

well, i am moving to aransas pass for a month starting sunday. i will be fishing the fina docks quite a bit. on the calm days i will go out to the jetties. i will let yall know if the reds and sheepheads are biting aftert a few days.

Go fish under the bridge at cos-way / red dot or the jfk. Fish right beside the pilings using a # 8 treble and some dead shrimp. Fish your line right besides the piles youll be surprized at how many don't get away. Take a scraper and scrape some of the barnacles off , its like chum for the goatheads. Darn good eating. good luck

last I remember there are plenty of sheephead.
