It really isn't raw since the lemon juice cooks the shrimps. Just take some shrimp and butter fly them and take the poop out. soak them in lemon or lime juice with Chile pepper and garlic. Eat like that or serve on a tostada with tomato-aguacate or whatever you like...Tarzan has a killer hardhead ceviche recipe he said....

Cooked is cooked..., its cooked with heat or in "juices"..pick your favorite...the Flintstones or the Jetsons...me juices.
