I have used electric deep fryers in the past and found cleanup not so easy especially as the unit gets older. Not so much on the inside but the outside around the dial and such. I like clean up on my cast iron pot. However I have never deep fried a turkey using a electric fryer. I have my own set up for that. I do like the advacements for making frying safer and the fact that they are making electric fryers that hold the heat and heat back up fast after something is put inside the oil. More like a commercial fryer from a resturant supply. _________________ I LIKE MINE FRIED. |

The one I got allows everything to go into the dishwasher except for the electronics that contains the heating element. Progress is being made! _________________
