These are getting ready to go in the oven at 350 for 55 minutes



And here are some stuffed with pineapple, jalapeno, purple onion and wrapped in smoky maple bacon.

yum, yum...
also seen a post for coq au vin with doves...
that looked good too.

The baked ones could have used some fat like bacon as they are lean. The ones on the pit were out of this world.
