I am going to be at Copano next weekend and was wondering what the reports were. Should we try the bay or jump in the pick up and head to the beach?

Check the beach cams before you head out, might help. If its rough out there, I'd hit the bay.

There may be quite a bit of runoff up there depending on the rainfall totals with this last system. Then again you could be fine. Just being down at the coast is fun in itself - Island Time! Very Happy

Finger mullet everywhere. Caught a lot of schooly trout around the piers at night. Water is clear but has a tea colored tint to it. All in all a really good trip.
