This is San Cristobal lake in Lake City, CO.
While I was fishing, Mary was making a friend.
Here I am searching for trout in a pool in the Lake Fork of the Gunnison River. Saw 2, got my rod, but they didn't want what I was offering. With the water so crystal clear, the rocks on the bottom were about 6' down, I'm sure they were looking at me and saying "yeah sure, you really expect me to bite that!
Off the topic but I had to share this with the golfers out there. This is the 4th hole on the Towa Golf Club on an Indian Reservation just outside of Santa Fe. Pretty awesome hole.
