| Fished between 3MM & 8MM. Landed 11 keeper trout all were at 17" & 7 undersize trout. Also caught reds 22 & 23" along with 3 rat reds. Jacks were thick mostly about 10" - suprizingly good fight, caught about 30. Weed was not to bad except at high tide. Almost everything was caught on chrome topdogs in the wade gut throughout the entire day. It was a lot of casting but took some time with dead shrimp to haul in about 30 eater sized whiting. I was a good trip only one short screamer on the big rods, I did not keep them out much cause of the weed. Pony mullet were thick but hard to castnet due to the rough cloudy water. Minhaden were thick also & were good for some of the whiting & 2 trout. The slot reds were caught on live whiting. |

| Usually August in clear water & little wind. I forgot to mention most all the fish were caught right as the last wave hit the shoreline. They hit were the border were the sand was churned up and the clearer water started in the wade gut. |
