i was browsing some fishing spots on google map today and was lookin around shamrock when i found something a little strange. if you zoom in a little on the north west corner of the island you will see 3 perfect circles and a ridge conecting the 2 smaller ones....just an observation...anyone have an idea?

bingo. old oilfied tanks.

Remember Shamrock Island is closed to landing boats (including Kayaks) especially during nesting season (Feb-Sept) as it is part of The Nature Conservancy land.
