@water 9ish
lot's o fog

glad i took my compass

tried to paddle to the first hole and anchor up, threw some live shrimp on a mauler and started to land dinks
then landed a nice fat 16' trout, then i moved on

picked up one more decent 16" trout

then headed back and on the flats i started seeing reds tailing, and they were real shallow, like 8" of water, tried and tried no luck.

But they are there !!!! and that's good news

time to go and make one last drift thru the first hole and picked up a fat 23" red (caught on 3" new penny gulp)

and off to carpool line for me

I think this afternoon would have been awesome with a topwater & wading

laters
