Big props goes out to the participants, sponsors, and organizers of Sharkathon 2009. With all the combined effort Sharkathon was able to make some very nice donations to some well worthy causes. check out the link.

thanks for all the props guys. it is really a team effort. Sharkathon is run by a group of very generous volunteers and committee members. it is all non-profit and is a ton of work. i had the joy of fishing the tournament in 2009 and got to see it from the anglers perspective. Great job goes out to the 09 committee and volunteers as in my opinion it was the best one yet. We will continue to build on our success and learn from our mistakes to make this the greatest tournament of all time. Thanks again.
