| I'm looking for a yearly lease within an hour drive of Corpus Christi. I would prefer hogs since I like the meat better. My buddy Chad told me about this site. Need a place where I can park my trailer on it and have hookups for it. |

Welcome aboard
Good luck finding a lease its a hard thing to come by.
If you don't find a place to hunt. i run hog hunts after deer season till it gets to hot. I have 6000 ac that only gets hunted around 4-6 times a year and there is a lot of hugs tons. I can handle up to 6-7 hunters and it runs 350 per person with a min of 4. That gets you two days and two nights with lodging, hunting truck, corn, and as many hogs as you want to shot and i don't care what you do with them take them with you or let them lay. the lodge is a nice double wide trailer with ever thing need sat TV ac/heat walk in cooler. I feed the roads each day and you can hunt any way you want. but most want to drive in the hunting truck. I usually put 250-400 miles a weekend on the hunting truck driving the ranch hunting lots of night hunting.
Any way let me know if you would like to give it a try like i said i only run 4-6 groups each year and i have 4 groups that come every year already.

| Thanks Critter, I'll have to see how the budget works out but I don't have a chest freezer and the freezer we have don't hold as much as we would like, I can put maybe 3 hogs in there at best and thats stuffing it. We use it for other stuff as well. I've been trying to find a rancher or farmer who has a problem with hogs and wants someone to just come out and get rid of them but not having any luck. |
