According to an article in the Caller Times today,

Anyone have any more info on this as far as what is to be done to the piers I was pretty shocked when I saw the article. |

| As far as I know it is just an addition to the snackbar area of both piers. They are supposed to add a covered patio area. No extension to the fishing section of the pier. |

both need to be extened out to the old lengths before they both got knocked down
