| Anybody have any idea what a year round hunting lease on about 200 acres in the Alice area should be priced at? It's got some deer, hogs, dove, varmints. It has two small tanks. No turkey. Thanks. |

More than I can afford!Don't hunt any more for just that reason. |

| No utilities, well water. Old house that the illegals have pretty much destroyed. Limit to four hunters. thanks for continued information. |
