| Question: What do you use to wipe off your reels with after a day of fishing. I'm told not to wash them with water or dunk them in water, but to just wipe them off. Thanks. |

Search the General forum. There are several threads on the subject. But, I hand wash mine with a soapy sponge and rinse. Just stay away from high pressure spray.

corrosion X, penn protect, reel magic.
i usually wipe them down w/ a damp cloth and apply a liberal amount of one of the above mentioned products.
