welcome home & welcome to the board. read last week or so of posts and you will see that fish are all over at certain times. shore fishing with freshdead shrimp & fishbites is usually consistant. off the jettes, live freelined shrimp or piggyperch . have a great time. _________________ ccbobber |

PINS has been doing ok lately, but down in the thirties and forties, and now with the speed limit back up you can do a day trip again. redfish are starting to show up on cut bait and live mullet. there are more ladyfish in the surf than you can shake a rod at.
the bays and jetties have been doing ok lately, make sure to fish first thing in the morning or right before dark. live bait at the edges of channels is typically a sure winner. live bait around the jetties has been doing well too.
find some lights at night and likely you can find trout underneath them. there are manylighted piers around, both in the surf and the bays. again live bait and also lures like smaller silver spoons will work.
make sure to bring a castnet, live bait is hard to get at the stands lately. _________________

There is big support for our men and women who serve their country on this board. I would bet that you might be able to hook-up with someone heading out and get put on some fish. Wish I could, but I haven't been down there in so long, I'll need help too! |
