Are people still using CB channel 1 on PINS? I'm thinking about adding a chickenband radio to the stack.

How about 2M (144.52 simplex)
Can you hit any of the local repeaters from PINS?

There is a 2m repeater down in the valley that you can probably hit towards the middle of big shell. I think its at 147.390, pl 114.8. It's up around 1000+ feet too.

After Shaver hears of this thread, There will be one. Transmitions confuse young turtles making them easier prey for the seagulls.
