I have only waded in Lakes and Rivers never done wading at the coast. We are headed to the coast this weekend, just don’t know of any good areas for wade fishing. Any good location would help. No boat so it would have to accessible by truck or foot.
Thanks

On the backside of Mustang Island and be sure to shuffle your feet. I've seen plenty of stingrays, but they usually run off when they notice you. There are a lot of roads that lead back to fishable water and also are protected from the wind. Drive down 361 towards Port Aransas and you should fiind plenty of spots to wade.

I will be fishing on the backside of mustang island tomorrow with lots of family so maybe see you out there and apologies now for the arsenal of popping corks out there.

It looks like this

As was said above, make sure everyone (especially kids) know how to wade by sliding their feet. It would sure spoil a trip if someone stepped on a ray.
