I was curious if anyone had any reports for farther south. We are heading down this weekend and would love to hear what's biting. We haven't fished PM since the jetties were dredged. We've gotten a few reports of snook and tarpon around arroyo.

Fished PM this past week. Conditions were rough as I believe the wind to be in the 30's. We still fished, as did most down there, but didn't venture south of the cut. Mainly fished on the north side of nearby spoil-island- wind-shields. Fishing was good, as it always is in Mansfield. Limits of trout are possible on topwaters and pastics. I don't even think that colors really even mattered, but bone and black seemed to worked well. We managed good numbers of solid trout during our wades, the biggest only going 25", but most were over 20" with only 3 schoolies all week. Water clarity wasn't all that bad for the conditions either. I heard a report of 5 32" big girls caught (and released) around Arroyo the day before we got there. It was just too rough to make the short trip further south....Good luck. I myself am going back Wed-Sat, hope the conditions are a little better.

Much appreciated Nova. We'll be getting down there Thurs. Good luck and hope to see you on the water.
