Hey guys!! Fairly new to the forum. Been watching all the posts and liking the forum. This is my first post/report (sorry no pics, don't have a digital camera set up to the comp.) Went to North Packery yesterday for about 45 min. just to see what was going on. It was about 4:30PM, not much going on, water was a little rough, didn't see much bait in the water. Threw a new penny gulp on the channel side, caught about a 10 in blue fish that I tossed back. Tore the lure up and it was the last one I had, so I hooked on a strawberry/white sand eel jr and 5 casts later, a 23 in smack. Had to go cuz the wife wanted to work out. Hope to be putting more and more reports on here as I go!!

Right. I was trying for pomps and then you couldn't buy a mullet south of Bob Hall so it really wouldn't have mattered. It got big quickly when the tide started to come in.

actually tyler I think you give some reports to my wife at the radio station. She said that she ran in to you for the first time not too long ago. She works with Lago at clear channel.

Thanks guys. And don't worry, I'm not shy about letting people know where I fish and what I'm catching. I mean, isn't that what this forum is for?? I'll do my best to keep everyone posted.
