About an hour and a half to get to the spot. Caught limits of red snapper from about 18 inches to 25 inches or so for 5 in a record breaking 45 minutes or so.
Then cruised the boat back.
It was really just a shake down cruise. Everything I have done worked well but found a few more things to fix hopefully get them done soon............
I tell you what going from my pathfinder to this thing. Makes the ride more comfortable but I have a heck of a time getting it on the trailer. Going to have to practice that for awhile as well as driving around obstacles in the bay. Sort of like driving a compact your whole life and then attempting to drive a big rig.
Anyway here are a couple of pictures.
Family with fish
what a good spot should look like underwater.......yes it is blurry and cut down on purpose...... Have to protect those poor little fish....Maybe the feds should come on a few snapper trips before restricting limits.

HEY!!! easy on those red snapper!!! they're practically extinct you know!
What kind of boat did you pick up?
And don't question the feds... they always know what's best when it comes to regulations. |

Sold mine when gas was the highest. Working on one to get the weight and power down. |
