| is minhade a good dead bait to use at the packery jetty? i am thinking about fishing there fri. night prob all night long if the fishing is good. |

| I have used minhaden dead & alive in the surf and had good luck mostly on trout and whiting. I don't know how they would do on the jetty but I have also seen smacks feeding on them so I think it would be worth a try. |

| one of the best redfish baits there is. Use the Head section of a big menhaden on the bottom. |
