Too bad about the turtle. At first I thought it was the one they lost last week that had the transmitter on it but this is another incident. Last year there were hundreds of juvenile green turtles around in addition to the Kemp's. There must be a few Tiger sharks around with all of those turtles.

Let's recap..


Redfish in peril because they are trapped in washover guts = Let them die because it's mother nature's way.


Turtle eggs in peril because of a shark attack = Sad. Jump through your a$$ to save them.

Now I feel bad, last year I watched some bull sharks chasing a turtle, they caught it in the wade gut at about the 9mm and they turned the water red. It was simply the most awesome display of mother nature I had ever seen. Made it real interesting since I was standing on the bar and they where between me and the beach... I guess I should have been mourning... Rolling Eyes
