I would like to personally ask for your help with our local Ducks Unlimited banquet. Since 1937 the driving force behind Ducks Unlimited’s conservation of waterfowl and wetlands has been the funds raised by local committees. These committees are made up of volunteers like myself. We donate our time and energy to ensure that our community gives back to the resource by holding successful fundraisers for the Ducks Unlimited mission. Since our inception Ducks Unlimited has conserved over 11 million acres of North American wetlands, benefiting over 900 species of animals, dozen of which are endangered or threatened.

A major part of our efforts include local, state, and national product and/or cash donations to offset the cost of our Banquet. Ducks Unlimited historically has spent over 80% of the funds the organization raises on conservation, and this unmatched efficiency level starts right here at the grassroots level.

I hope you will be able to assist your neighbors this year by considering a donation to the Islander Ducks Unlimited chapter.

It is a great purpose.. they had 2 tables at the National Turkey Wildlife Foundation function this past wednesday in San Antonio. but will be in ohio so no can do.. but for thoose of you that can.. get it on it, should have alot of raffles and autctions going on,, great stuff and money does goes to good things.

What bad timing on the DU banquet it falls on the same night as the CCA Banquet. Hope ya'll have a good turn out.
