We finally found out today we're having a girl - our first! Stacy is 6.5 months along, but they would not give us a 100% confirmation on the sex at our last visit. The TSFM cover girl is all knocked up Laughing
I guess when we went to the first ultrasound a while back and the technician said she was 90% sure it's a girl, I had a 'sad' look on my face - according to Stacy. Then she looked at me and said, 'don't worry - girls can fish too.' I had to laugh. I think the look was more of shock than sad.
With all do respect I refuse to buy a pink rod! LOL
Can't wait to get her little toes in the sand. I know those toes will keep my out of the sand for a good while, so I'll be enjoying this weekend like its my last... Wink

Congrats on the baby girl news Very Happy My fishing buddy and future Aggie is already 11 months old. I did miss some fishing and hunting time but it was and is worth every minute watching him get bigger. He was in the water early and often and loves the beach. So in the future when he wants to fish I guess I will just have to take him.

OF COURSE YOU HAVE TO GET HER A PINK FISHING ROD Smile

Congrats.

After Raising 3 Girls You get use to pink and purple. They do enjoy fishing and camping and are just as tough as any boy.

Enjoy her and have fun.

Congrats and don't worry about the pink rod! Many have seen my bay boat going down the road with 3 barbie poles in the rod holders! Anyway, thanks to Shelly Gray and American Rodsmith, the purple Trout Special Rod is a hell of a rod, I have found myself using it many times! Having 3 girls myself I can say that have as much fun going out with dad than the boys would!
