Loving people has nothing to do with it. I too don't fish piers just like Tyler. I'm already mad before I even start fishing so what's the point?

What would have been nice is if you had called the cops on the guy and he gets a ticket for exposing himself in public. Then he has to register as a sex offender right? Am I wrong on this? I don't know the law, but I think it sounds right.

naw...He would get a ticket for urinating in public which is not a sex crime. But at least he would get a ticket.....and then they could give him a criminal trespass for the pier.

Nothing in society ever changes for the better if folks rely on "everyone else" to do the dirty work. Calling the law isn't fun for those who are in the right but it is often times THE ONLY way to bring about the desired end.

That is considered indecent exposure and is subject to arrest.

It's really a mute point as to the charge since law enforcement was not called but Indecent Exposure requires the intent of sexual gratification according to the Texas Penal Code hence the charge of Urinating in Public

Loving people has nothing to do with this. You can love the heck out of a rattlesnake but when you try to hug it it will still bite you. People like this know others will not confront them and probably when someone seriously does they will probably back down if you stand your ground. I have only fished BHP twice but this makes me want to go.

I know the subject may seem contradicting, but certain things are improving while others are in the works. Maintenance issues have greatly improved.

It takes a long time to undue prior things in place.

Do not get me wrong, there are still things to correct, and things are being put in place, but it will come if we stay the course.

What can we do:
1. If there are violation of fishing laws call 1-800-792-4263
2. If there are behavioral problems on the pier (law violaters) call 911 if it
is a true emergency
3. If there are behavioral problems such as waders, call 826-2900
4. If it is employee problems, call 949-8558 during day and speak with
Mike

Things are improving and we must stay proactive in this effort for our visitors, families, and us.

The wife and I went out for a nice little Sunday afternoon fishing trip yesturday. We chose to fish at BHP. I've fished Bob Hall many times before and was looking forward nice day on the pier. After getting some bait and refreshments, we hit the pier. Well the pier was packed and I did meet some fine people while walking out to the T Head. This is were the problems began. After getting out there I found that it was totally taken up by a "couple" of people who were camping out. Well, I thought there was a fishing rod limit out on the pier?? Mad
same thing happened to me on june 28 they had 20 rods split between 3 guys at the t i was pissed i wanted to through my shark rod out but there wasnt a place to throuhg it so i left and went to carswell peir
