I went to check these areas out yesterday and was highly disappointed by the lack of tidiness of the users of those areas. There were beer bottles, cans, plastic soda bottles, broken ice chests and miles upon miles of fishing line. I know some of those wash up from other places, but most was from users.
After spending that much on gear and license why would you desecrate some place that easy acces and free of charge.
Maybe that's it, give it away and it is worth nothing.

They don't really care........you have to be willing to file a complaint.
