not as smooth as forecasted saturday but we still made it out. Had fun with lots of big snapper and jigged up some big crevalles. The water got cold again last week so not much else out there. I did catch my first keeper grouper on my boat - I had a grouper curse that is finally broke. Now I think I need to take a few weeks off and save some gas money. Here's a pic of the grouper a 25" gag

I was out on the Packery jetties on Saturday (not fishin', just wishin') and the water was definately not 2'-4' like forecast! I saw a 30'+ center console w/3 out boards nearly go vertical trying to get out of the jetties Shocked! I can't wait 'til the winds calm down so I can get my bluewave out there (green with envy)! Great job on the grouper. They are TASTY!

Shoot! The one weekend i go rock climbing, you finally get a grouper on the boat. Oh well. I bet he was delicious... What'd you catch him on? Heading back out this weekend?
