Several years ago my grandfather had a guide he used for snook and reds around the mangrove islands outside the ding darling refuge on captiva Island. The guys name was capt Fritz and his service was reel therapy (i think) and he had 3 tatoos on his leg one was on the high calf 15 inces, one was @ 20 inches and another at 30 inches..... might be cheaper than the surplus amphibian.
