Fishing was pretty slow over the weekend, however we did manage a measily 4 keeper trout to 20in. Started in Port A around the light house only to pick up a few schoolies the water was nice and green just no keepers. Went to Laguna shores where we picked up the keepers along with a few schoolies and 1 red 16in. We caught keepers on live shrimp under an alameda. The water in laguna shores was fair w/light grass. We did manage to get stuck 3 times over the weekend with the tides so low but fortunately got pulled out 2 of the times. We ended up at the jetties at the packery and actually caught around 30 croakers the biggest being around 7in. Its good to see those numbers hopefully in a couple of years those will be going in someones box. Lots of finger and pony mullet at the jetties, around 6pm we started seeing lots of blow ups in the channel but no luck, tried live shrimp, plastics, spoons and topwater but all produced nothing. They just didnt want what we had to offer. Sunday evening My buddies wanted to venture out a little further we hooked into something on the top but it just gave just took 1 big run and didnt get hooked. We ended up catching 3 pups to 30in. Right past the tips. All in all was a great time on the water.
