Well........We are moving out of Aransas Pass to Flour Bluff. We have rented a space at a mobil home/ rv park just before the NAS base entrance. Twenty five miles closer to PINS, food is a lot less, all in all we will figure to save a couple hundred a month.

So in my way of thinking I just got the money to buy that new pole and reel from Nick! Razz Razz Razz

Damm it's hard being retired! Rolling Eyes

Cheers!

The park we are moving into is called Marina Village RV Park on NAS drive. Being an old fogy like me it's a 55 and older park! We did find the PORCH today also!
Thanks Rabbit!
Cheers!

When we were full time RVers, we parked there every winter for 5 years. Nice place. We loved it there. Lots of friendly people.

If you are near the perimeter of the park, especially the back edge, don't leave valuables unattended or unlocked.

The place is loaded up with foxes and the occasional bobcat- pet alert. Also, there is where I learned of a new plant species, sand burr. My personal favorite. There are a lot of anglers that live there.

Thanks Guys!
BLUFFER........Growth is going to slow down. History of nasty presidential elections and a piss poor congresss has always made a economic resession. And with taxes, food prices and gas prices going up and up! Were almost there! The BS is thicker than I have ever seen it in my 55 years.
Were saving lot's of money moving to FlourBluff. And being on a set income it helps. Especialy when your as poor as fisherman as I am! Crying or Very sad
Cheers!

Thanks again for the info Howie..... I used to live at the Porch's back door until Cleo & Wally sold out and everyone had to leave. I moved up here to Oklahoma shortly after that and have missed the Bluff big time. Sooo if all works out I will be back soon and back in my elements. PINS sunrises and The "Y" sunsets. Very Happy AHHHHHH!!! Life is Grand Cool

If it falls down we'll just prop it up with and old fence board. Very Happy The one holding it up now is looking a bit on the rotten side.

Real dangerous living that close to JerrB's. Too many temptations for me.
