Although I've been near the location I have not used the facility lately and am wondering what the overall operation is like now. Apparently it has sold and there are new operators, and new rules, including use of the ramps. Any insight would be appreciated.

I talked to the new people before I left and they seem real nice. They are a long time flour bluffy ends. I forgot what the charge was to launch but it was cheaper than what the previous owners had. I would not hesitate on using it.

yup, bluff landing is back up and running again, and so is the Laguna boat ramp (the old C&W's, yorktown and laguna shores)....Cooper and his team got in there and got the dredging done, so you can get in and out on low water...ramp is just as good as it's ever been, plus there's less crowds...

the thing with the new place is everything is done by an app; there's no one on site

Thanks for the input which is encouraging me to check with both entities for more information.
