... But there haven't been many posts of any kind lately so I thought this was pretty cool. I was working in my workshop today and I heard a noise I looked around and there was a female cardinal flying around trying to figure out a way to get out. I was able to walk out and put out my finger and she perched on my finger and I walked her outside. She looked around and when she saw her mate on a tree she flew off and sat next to him on a branch on the tree.
Later on while I was sitting inside I looked out on my back porch and there was her partner eating away at the bird feeder and then flying off and taking her food while she was sitting up in the tree.
Hopefully later on this spring we'll be able to see some little Cardinals flying around |

You know that's good luck right?
Like you need it.. Fishing anyway..
She's probably bout to build her nest in your workshop.
They are quite the characters..
Hopefully get to go fish and put up a report tomorrow

Cool. I have a back room here that I leave the door cracked for my two cats to come and go. About 3-4 times a year I have birds come in and can't seem to find their way out. I have a long handled bait net to nab them and take them out. |

A relative, smiling upon you, from the other side.
That's how I've always heard it.

Hey Captain Academy. I wish I could fish tomorrow. I've got appointments with the cardiologist, urologist and oncologist. And then it looks like the rest of the week is going to be cold and windy. |
