Speck has got to be a tequila Gold sand eel.

Red's the same thing although lately I've been catching tons on a red paddle tail.

If I'm specifically targeting flounder I like to use a gulp bouncing it down the bottom.

Not Zia here but for flounder don't overlook Chicken Boy shrimp. I have good luck on the Texas Roach.
