Oh, and Thanks!
We're gonna have some even higher tides this time, but looks promising so far. _________________ Steve-O

I called a Hurricane pushing into Matagorda Bay, when Beryl was raking Jamaica last week, as a serious Hurricane!....
So far, so good. Sucks about the lack of rainfall in the watershed, but my backyard neighbor was boarding up at 7:00am yesterday, and all I could think of was: WHY???? |

Yeah, I put the boards away this morning.
We just bought this house last fall and I needed to go through all the boards in the garage and try to figure out what goes where.
Turns out not a single one was cut to fit anything lol.
So I laid out a pieced together plan which would have required lots of holes in my new hardy trim.
I did put up two that I pieced together with the clips in brick just to see how they worked.
Thinking I'm to old for this crap so looking at just replacing these old cheap leaky windows with some storm rated windows and be done with this boarding up stuff. _________________ Steve-O

Thanks. Will be back in Corpus on saturday. Looking forward to hitting the saltwater but not looking forward to the humidity. Here in New Mexico lately it's been in the single digit humidity |
