Is this a blah, blah, blah, yada yada or will something become of this?

We've discussed this before.

The way I understand it, is now the ball is in Congress court to do something about any of the federal agencies created by executive fiat.
We'll see what happens there...

I think most of us will not observe a change unless we read about it. The thing about it being in the court of Congress is nothing new, but Congress seems to get little done. At least from my observation. If Trump gets back in office we will see much more change in regards to our freedom of choice, and the referenced Supreme Court decision will impact that, as well. Our lives should notice the absense of rule changes or laws being made by un-elected government employees.

Steve ....the dissenting SCOTUS votes were the dims. I would think congress will be the same. House makes a move and senate kills it. Unless of course some dim senators are fishers. Rolling Eyes
